What is FanMail?

We curate limited edition pop culture and book boxes. We carefully curate unique items around a theme, usually a book or fandom, and deliver the box directly to your door! Items can include apparel, accessories, jewelry, home goods, stationary, and more. We also aim to support at least one small business run by women in each box.

Do you have a geek subscription box?

We discontinued our geek subscription box in 2018.

How do I change my mailing address and payment information?

You can change your mailing address and payment information by logging into your account on our website.

When will I get billed for pre-orders?

You will be billed for pre-orders as soon as you make the purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is dependent on location. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on your location and the weight of the box. We are located in the United States, and we ship both domestically and internationally.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, tracking is available to domestic US customers. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

How long will to take for my box to arrive?

Most customers within the US receive their boxes 2-4 business days after shipping. We recommend that you check on the progress of your box through the tracking number.

The delivery date of orders to international customers varies greatly depending on your location and how long it takes for your order to get through customs. We request that you allow some additional time for your box to arrive.

I want a refund. Is this possible?

We do not offer returns, refunds, or credits if you do not like the items you receive, as our boxes are meant to be a mystery! We hope you have a friend in your life who will enjoy the items that you do not, and that you may pass along the fandom fun!

I have a product that would be a great fit for your box. How can we collaborate?

Please email us with your company name, product selection, and wholesale pricing at [email protected], and we will periodically review submissions as we curate new boxes!

How can I get a review box?

If you have an Instagram account, YouTube channel or a blog and think that your content would be a good fit for one of our boxes, please email us with your qualifications at [email protected] We do not guarantee that we will be able to send you a review box, but we do look at all submissions!
